reording clips in IMovie
I need help ASAP I’m working on a video for my church, the problem i’m having is after moving my video to the project browser and creating my beginning title the video is playing before my title page. The title page is coming on after the video finishes instead of before the video starts. Could someone tell me how to reorder this without having to delete everything and putting the clip in the list then putting the title page so that it will come up first. I’m about to pull my hair out over here cause i know there’s a easyer way to reorder. Thank you for any responces. Cutting and pasting of course does not do the trick for this. i would like to finish this before i go to bed, lol!! -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups MacVisionaries group. Re: help with nicecast
hey, i would like you to help me with setting up the streaming part with the site you sudjusted. when i try creating and setting up an acount i was totally confused. Being that you've already been there and done that I would really be greatful if you could help me setup my acount so that I'll know it's done correctly. Thank you my friend. - Original Message - From: Timothy Clark Music To: macvisionaries@googlegroups.com Sent: Sunday, September 30, 2012 6:32 PM Subject: Re: help with nicecast it only goes to the server at your house. i believe you can send a public address it would then go to those who are able to connect. you should use http://www.listen2myradio.com for streaming. it's free. use shoultcast and set it up. then you can give everyone your listen2myradio link and they can tune in. you can get 5thousand listeners for free. you will have to pay if you want more. they are really good. I use to use them back when I ran a small station but that's another story for another time. I never had to pay a thing. just be sure when you are done streaming to go into it and turn off your listen2myradio server or you will have to reset it meaning you will have to reconfigure nice cast again. hope this helps God Bless. Re: Possibly starting an online radio station?
i too would like to know how to do this as well. - Original Message - From: Christopher-Mark Gilland To: macvisionaries@googlegroups.com Sent: Friday, October 19, 2012 11:52 PM Subject: Re: Possibly starting an online radio station? Timothy, would you be so kind as to either 1. Write me off list, and give me a little push as to where to get the Nicecast software, and how to use it, and two, some very basic tips on how to use it? I would be doing nothing but music with maybe some occasional Christian dramas like Adventures in Odyssey, Down Giliad Lane, etc. I'd want the ability to be able to also talk over the music for announcing songs etc. I don't want it to be like the linerec inlrec.dll winamp plugin. I want it to be where I can crossfade songs, and could talk over the music. Also, when I do talk over the music, would it let me duck the music so that it doesn't drown out my mike? Granted, I can run my mike pretty hot with the control surface I'm using, but then if you do that, then you get into the whole aspect of clipping really badly, which of corse you don't want, and if you add compression like I'd do, then you can really make the limiters do some really wacked up things if you're not careful. So yeah, either give me some pointers, or if you could make me a very basic audio demonstration and just go through the very very basics nice and slowly, I could probably take over from there. Once I get the basics, I'm usually extremely extremely good at figuring out the rest on my own. To do that, there are several ways. You can flick one finger from left to right or from Mike to left. When you hear settings, double tap on the screen white voiceover says. Then you need to find general. Do the same thing that you did before to find settings. When you hear general double tap on the screen again with one finger. After this, you need to find accessibility. Just like you did before, and then you go to voiceover. Double tap on voiceover. Then you find the choices that you want. Really, the first thing you want to make sure you know how to do with your new iPhone, is to be able to make and receive phone calls so that you're not frustrated. Then you can get used to your iPhone. It will take time. It took me about two weeks to get used to the other options besides phone calling. Here is an easy way to do phone calling Fernell, and then you can read the manual to learn more details. Press the home key until you hear a beep say the word call and the phone number. Might want to try it on your wife first, so you don't call somewhere you don't want. To answer your phone you should Bilbil to do it with two fingers on the screen and double tap with two fingers twice. I can't remember if that option works only when the screen is locked, or Not. If you have any other questions, you can ask.
