[MDaemon-L] Remote Dekstop ke Mdaemon

Dear Pak Syafril,

 

Pak, saya baca mail archive mdaemon di
http://www.mail-archive.com/mdaemon-l@dutaint.com/msg25888.html

Kasus-nya rada mirip. Tapi kasus saya ini saya mau restart Mdaemon dengan
Remote Dekstop.

Kalau dari servernya langsung kita restart maka di pojok kanan bawah dekat
jam ada muncul icon SURAT. Tapi kalau saya Restart dari Remote Dekstop
(restart-nya dari task manager), maka icon tersebut tidak ada dan kalau kita
jalankan "START MDAEMON" dari All Program maka yang muncul hanya Mdaemon
(Configuration Session). Adakah cara supaya saat saya Restart Mdaemon dari
Remote Dekstop, icon SURAT yg dipojok kanan itu bisa muncul?

Mohon penjelasan dari Pak Syafril. Terima Kasih.

Apa iya bukan dari Mdaemon ya Pak,

Saat ini kami sedang dalam masa peralihan menggunakan Mdaemon dengan 
domain yang baru, sehingga dalam masa peralihan ini user mempunyai 2 
domain dengan mail server yang berbeda, itu artinya saya harus

Mail direject karena saat meneruskan mail diminta authenticate dulu, dan
dia tidak melakukannya.
Untuk problem persisnya perlu data tambahan.

Original sendernya (Murantimah) terima Delivery Status Notification ini
dari siapa?
Atau si sender ini kirim mailnya lewat server mana?
Bukan lewat MDaemon ya?

Diganti saja DNS yang jadi referensi MDaemon menggunakan public DNS

Trimakasih atas quick respond nya, email sudah bisa keluar, pertanyaan saya, 
dari awal Mdaemon di setup menggunakan option nomer dua, dan tidak ada masalah, 
kenapa hari ini bermasalah ya Pak dan Mbak?

 

Apakah karena hal tersebut juga jika saya kirim email keluar, dan CC internal 
mail, orang luar or cc to blackberry lebih cepat nerimanya.

Kelihatannya Bapak salah mengisikan smarthost, mestinya diisi 
smtp.polaris.net.id bukan 203.215.48.253 (yang ini IP address DNS servernya 
ISP).
