Hello there,
Lumia comes with built in screen reader called narrator, although you need to
check wether it is offered in India on the specific model you are going to buy.
As a matter of fact it's not as good as voiceover or talkback. Nevertheless
hopes are high for the windows 10. I'll suggest you to hold till its release.
