Re: Question for Audacity users
Hi David. Thanks very much for your suggestion. One additional question though. Are these suggestions specific to Jaws? I have Window-Eyes, System Access and of course, for the Mac, Voiceover. Whether or not your suggestions are Jaws specific, I'll take a look at the link you suggested. Thanks very much. Re: Question for Audacity users
Hi Larry, I presume that you're using a recent version of Audacity (latest version is 1.3.12). If a track is the focus, then pressing enter toggles whether that track is selected or not, but it has no effect on whether the other tracks are selected. So if if you want only one track to be selected, you need to go through the other the other tracks and set them to be not selected if necessary. You may find the keystroke ctrl+shift+a helpful, as this sets all tracks (and any selected time range) to unselected. There's a Jaws guide to audacity at http://bit.ly/axYol6 which you may find of some help, David. original message: Hi. My problem occurs when I want to apply effects to one specific track from those that I have opened and imported. It happens whether using the Mac or windows version of Audacity. According to an Audacity demo that I found on BlindCoolTech, my impression is that if you wish to select one specific track, you make sure that it is in focus and press enter on it. However, when I do that, all tracks are selected, effectively blocking me from working with one of the tracks only. Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong? It's not an accessibility issue, because the guy doing the demo was blind and using a Mac. So it's me and I'd like to find out what I'm doing wrong. Question for Audacity users
Hi. Problems Playing Radio Stations in Winamp
Hello all list members, I wish to listen to WUFT in Winamp. But when I went to WUft's website, I got a message that said, "Winamp 5.58 not available." What is it that I'm doing wrong? And is there a way to get this radio station to play in Winamp? Thinks in advance! My best regards, John. To unsubscribe from this list, send a blank email to: pc-audio-unsubscr...@pc-audio.org
