2009/8/21 mark edward grimm mgr...@syr.edu hey tim yeah ive been using this with 'extended' on osx. works good. i also have a compiled 'ratts' from brian for all os's if interested. 'ratts' has a more vintage speech synth sound compared to pd-flite. Hi mark, I'm definitely interested to check out ratts too. :) As it happens, this project I'm working on now will have to run on an OSX machine in the end too. Did you compile the 'flite runtime speech synthesis engine' for OSX then ? gr, Tim cheers mark mark edward grimm | m.f.a | ed.m syracuse u. | vpa foundations | timearts adjunct | new media consultant megrimm.net | socialmediagroup.org mgr...@syr.edu | 315.378.2136 --- On Fri, 8/21/09, tim vets timv...@gmail.com wrote: From: tim vets timv...@gmail.com Subject: [PD] pd-flite text-to-speech offline ? They install into the same dir, so you can't. You can always reinstall 'puredata' later. Hallo, Hans-Christoph Steiner hat gesagt: // Hans-Christoph Steiner wrote: It provides 'pd', like 'puredata'.
