Flickr is much less effort to maintain than that, and has a community of users to interact with rather than just being your work on your website. I've done both; running your own website is a very different thing compared to participation in a service like Flickr. G > On Nov 5, 2018, at 7:11 PM, J.C. Re: November PUG is up
I think it is a very interesting gallery, with a lot of excellent work. My favorite is "Meandering," by Jan van Wijk. The colors, the textures, the patterns and the composition are all stunning. A close second for me is "Monument to a Dead Webbrowser," by Filip Nicolai. I( find it an interesting and innovative landscape of an attractive subject. Ann's is similar to another image I was considering for submission, which was a macro of the stitching in a flag. I am totally baffled by Bruce Nagel's "Attachment." What am I looking at in that image. 'Tis a Puzzlement to me. Thanks to all for an enjoyable gallery! G'day all, A varied gallery with a variety of interpretations. I'd say Dan and Bruce have the most literal interpretations.
