VFPEncryption71.fll hanging up Inno Setup compile
VFP9SP2, Inno Setup Studio, Win 7 Pro Every time I try to compile my setup.exe with the vfpencryption71.fll included, Inno hangs and says the file is in use. I don't have VFP open; I don't have my app running. What the heck?
