I run toasters on VMware Server 2. Personally, I'd keep them separate. 
Samba is usually better suited to a lan, while the toaster is on the 
wan. They should be on separate subnets for security reasons. You could 
use 2 nics (one facing out, the other in), but that can be risky and 
troublesome.


I have a few setups I've done on a VMware Server 2 with IPCop, QMT, and 
samba guests all (3) running on the same host, with the toaster on a 
hostonly subnet, and the samba server bridged to green. You can bridge 
the red directly to the external nic on the host without giving it an 
address on the host. That way the host is only accessible from the green 
network, unless you set up a VPN of course. I think it's a pretty slick 
configuration.

Fetchmail is seen as local, therefore it is not scanned.

Remove the 127.: line (or start it with a #) and "qmailctl cdb"

How can I filter all my mails whether they are incoming emails, outgoing
emails or emails downloaded by fetchmail for spam or virus before delivering
the mail?
Another issue is I'm unable to see clamd status in headers for my incoming
emails?

Need some more info Kaven. What you've written doesn't make sense to me. 
Why would a gmail server return a message saying it can't be signed? The 
remote server wouldn't be signing the message. What's missing?

I got problems with domain keys... some mail servers such as GMail return
error message like this:

Remote host said: 554 qmail-dk: Cannot sign message due to invalid message
syntax. (#5.3.0).

I tried to replace the qmail queue shortcut with qmail-queue.orig instead
of qmail-dk without success.


Any idea?
