That was another benefit of the ephedra, I stopped the low blood pressure 
business. I would like to cut out carbs, but Im limited to what the cook 
decides to dish out for the main meal of the day. I handcycled 40 miles this 
month to try and counter a bad diet, lol.

than the medication I now take. That's what I would be apprehensive about.

I'm trying to lose my belly and the only thing that ever seems to work is

I never took it, but I can imagine at times it could raise blood pressure. if 
you just take 1 pill I don't see a problem arising. I never went dysreflexic
