I've had good luck finding old ic's, not just Moto but all different types through [EMAIL PROTECTED], Scott is very helpful, so is his boss. Anyway, I've also used [EMAIL PROTECTED] . Tedd, Check out this Google search, http://www.alldatasheet.com/view.jsp?Searchword=61L23 . It should have all you need, if not there is a lot of other sites ID'ing the chips.
