Hi folks,
ANY bread manufactured commercially, much less frevins sake, frozen is not 
going to do you much good at all.  You go to a source like a macrobiotics 
or genuine health food store and buy wholegrain stone-milled Spelt 
flour.  Learn a few things about it  and make your own bread with your own 
hands at home.  I have learned to prefer the real thing over the years in 
the traditional form of flat, unleavened, round bread like you see in 
biblical movies (!).  We make two types, one thin and crispy and one 
thicker depending on the mood.  :-)
Hint: sprouts peak in few hours.  To benefit from them, you make them at 
home too.
Just those two products alone could probably cut the ever-mounting death 
toll caused by the REAL devil ( your tongue)  :-)

Hi folks,
For some reason I don't understand, the Lap Top loaned to me while my PC is in 
the shop will not let me open the digests from the listsso a friend has 
been forwarding me the answers to my post.

The lung condition I have is not from Cancer.  It is not an alfalfa allergy as 
well.

The condition is called Alpha1 Antitrypsin Deficiency.  It manifests itself as 
progressive emphysema in young adults due to the protein deficiency.  There is 
no cure and smoking is not the culprit for this condition.  The damage from 
this genetic form of emphysema is throughout the entire lungs whereas acquired 
emphysema pretty much is clustered in specific locations.

I must infuse by IV a blood product weekly to try and maintain the level of 
protein in my system to hopefully suppress the disease as much as possible. 
Since immuno suppressive drugs have been used by me before I knew better, I 
have seriously compromised my immune system with high risks for me due to lung 
infections.  HTH!  Looking forward to hearing more, and if you would be so 
kind, please direct a response to my private email addy until I can get the 
spam filtering device turned off.  Since it is a loaner, I hesitate to change 
too many system functions.

given day?
The pneumonia, I would think, would be cured even with compromised lungs if
you were drinking about a quart a day of 10 ppm CS AND nebulizing every half
hour for just a few breaths
Also, I am always the broken record about drinking enough plain water NOT
with chlorine in it!
Lots of us are chronically dehydrated
The amount to take is individualized:
Half your weight
(in pounds) divided by 8 --
that's the number of glasses to drink every day -- plain water, not CS
If you're overweight as I am, it's a chore to do it totally -- half the
total should be drunk before 10 AM 00 otherwise you're up all night
And I think the arthritis would be modified with the extra water
Excuse me if I'm repeating -- I haven't read all the answers to your
questions yet

I have been using CS for close to ten years now.  I attribbute the fact that
I am still around and kicking to its effectiveness.  We always reach for the
CS for absolutely everything that causes any medical issues for us and our
pets. I openly have told my docs at the Medical College of Virginia about
its use and my blood work shows no toxicity and wonderful blood chemistries.

I have a terminal lung condition that has been helped tremendously by using
it as a mist, breathing it into my lungs.  Have also been free of upper
respiratory infections for years as well.

This year has been a particularly stressful for me and my family. I suspect
that this has had its own negative effect on me.  I developed pneumonia in
October and had to be hospitalized for a week.  Now I am facing yet another
lung infection despite drinking and inhaling my silver.

Can anyone make any suggestions for changing my routine?  I just don't know
if all of this due to the advancement of my lung deterioration, or that I
should be approaching the battle in another way?  All suggestions would be
greatly appreciated. I also suffer from steroid induced Diabetes and extreme
Rheumatoid Arthritis which further compromises me...thanks so much for your
time.

I've also been reading a lot about these various cancer therapies the 
last week or so...

I wonder if the famous flax-seed-oil and cottage cheese therapy would 
be of any help to Darcy. That and/or any of the intense nutrition and 
supplementation protocols? 

Assuming she's being hurt, in part, by toxicity (those steroids...) 
and/or inadequate nutrition, such things might help.

I've been impressed by the consistent good reports from people who do 
undertake those radical diet regimes with cleansing support.

 Now that I know what she has (alpha 1: similar to bronchitis) the DMSO /CS 
mixture nebulized would be the fastest way to get the healing underway. Olive 
leaf would also be preferable. I have found Eastpark Reasearch brand to work 
the best. She can also add a few drops of 3% peroxide/8oz cs to get more effect 
from it.

Yes it can be used for animals as well.

But if the bladder stones are creamy to yellow then an emotional component
might be there.  often a sense of abandonment and being reunited over and
over again causes  this build up and is not diet related and why it is so
hard to treat) or inability to own territory (new animal in with them or
some other fear of loss of partner)

adding some anxiety remedies in the water would be helpful.  Can use rescue
remedy in the rabbits water, can be added to the tissue salts and CS.

A few drops os H2O2 in a glass of EIS does seem to make it more effective, both
in my milk experiments, and from reports from others who have used it.  It
should be allowed to sit for 5 to 15 minutes after adding the H2O2 though from
what I can gather.

What is causing the improvement though is not well understood.  H2O2 oxidizes
silver particles, making Ag2O.  It also reduces AgOH  to Ag2O and Ag2O to form
silver particles of two atoms each.

The equation for the AgOH is::

2AgOH + 2H2O2 -> 2AgO + 2H2O + O2
Ag2O + H2O2 -> 2Ag + H2O + O2
2Ag + 2H2O2 -> Ag2O + O2

The interesting thing is how H2O2 can act as an oxidizer and reducer both.  But
the final result is that a brew of silver hydroxide and silver particles
(ranging from 2 to hundreds of atoms each) becomes silver oxide and silver
particles with mostly a size of 2 atoms each.  It is unclear at what ratio these
two end up at with each other since the kinetics of the two equations are not
known to me.

To add more confusion, H2O2 can also act as a developer for Ag2O, so over time
the 2 atom silver particles can also grow to be bigger particles as well.  So if
you let it sit long enough (months?) it could turn yellow or even form flakes.

  There are many things that are effective against cancer if that's what you 
have. Graviola, also called PawPaw is very effective against cancer and a 
potent antiviral,antibacterial. So effective that the reports at the national 
cancer institute have been covered up. They tried to make a synthetic drug 
similar to it but failed. Same with olive leaf extract, a potent antiviral, 
antibacterial, antifungal, and anitparasitic. It has been shown that 
microcurrents of electricity are effective afainst many different pathogens. 
When I began to come down with bronchial lung infection this year I used a 
homemade zapper consisting of a cheap 6v lantern battery with a resistor on it 
and two cloth covered electrodes used on my lungs front and back to kill the 
infection along with nebulizing a mixture of DMSO/CS. If you haven't heard DMSO 
causes the CS to penetrate into the lung tissues and hence into the infected 
areas. Also stay away from all sugar products. It has been mentioned on other 
forums that sugar is like rocket fuel for anaerobic bacteria and cancer cells. 
Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Adding the above to your arsenal should 
stop the disease from getting worse and prayerfully cause a healing. There are

Years ago we had many bird deaths due to eating apricot kernels.  This was
only after a frost.

They contain amygdalin which is converted to cyanide and an aldehyde..

Fortunately, the master planner included an enzyme in some types of cancer
cells that can break the amydalin down to its component parts.which works to
kill off the cancer cells.  Normal cells do nothing.

Note: Previously it was pointed out that the Social Security is a Pay as
you go system, and it has no invested funds.  This is true or not
depending on if you look at it; resonably, or take the government's
view.  Social Security DOES have a large nest egg, but all the funds are
in government bonds.  So although they have funds invested in bonds,
when they try to cash in those bonds, the government will have to
collect the money with increased Federal taxes.  So the bottom line is
that the worker will be paying for the benefits real time, either by
increased SS deductions or by increased federal taxes.  So the ownership
of government bonds as the investment tool is really irrelevent, it is
simply whether the money or liability is in the left pocket or the right
pocket.

RESPONSE TO SOMEONE IN CALIFORNIA WHO LEFT A MSSG ON THE IAHF ANSWERING
MACHINE

Yesterday someone on the IAHF list left a mssg for me saying that he was
in his late 50s but looks like someone in his '30s because he uses lots
of high quality supplements from the Life Extension Foundation and other
excellent vitamin companies. He offered to "provide testimony as needed"
to "defeat Codex."

He doesn't understand something very basic that I need ALL of you to
drub deeply into your consciousness RIGHT NOW:

The ruling elite pond scum who have orchestrated the Codex Agenda to ban
our access to healing nutrients don't WANT US to live to age 65, they
want us to DIE YOUNG- the YOUNGER THE BETTER, and politicians prefer
UNARMED PEASANTS. They're concerned about the degree to which the baby
boomers are about to hit social security and other bankrupt entitlement
programs When these programs were first created, the average life
span was only 61 years old, and about half our population never received
their retirement benefits, but now the average life span is about age
74 and for people like me, its about age 127, and THAT REALLY shakes
them up!

So, this guy who was offering his presence for "hearings" better get a
clue, because I've been on this Codex issue like glue since being the
first to ever call it to global attention thru my article in Life
Extension Magazine way back in 1996, 9 years ago, and our Congress
Critters have TOTALLY ABANDONED US on this matter, they will NOT help
us- they don't give a DAMN about our access to dietary supplements, not
even Hatch and Harkin. (Hell, Hatch is the biggest recipient of Pharma
PAC money of anyone in Congress. 

I KNOW he doesn't give a damn about any of this because I slipped a note
directly into his hand when he was in a Mormon temple near Washington DC
(I'm not Mormon, I went there knowing he'd be there), but it didn't stop
his staff from continuing to LIE to the American people on this issue.

HOW DO I KNOW THIS CONGRESS DOES NOT CARE?

I know this because for 5 very long, painful years, I pushed, with every
fiber of my being, to get congressional oversight on the Codex vitamin
issue, and the hearing was whitewashed on March 20, 2001 due to a couple
of pharmaceutical plants on the committee staff of Congressman Dan
Burton, Chair of the House Oversight Committee.

There isn't a doubt in my mind that the Cartel still has their
"insurance policy" in effect on his committee in the form of a highly
placed plant, just like the ones I ran into 4 years ago and the vitamin
trade associations are so pharma dominated
