Re: CSAnybody know for SURE? (OLE and abx)
Another good herb is neem. People use it for cancer, skin eruptions, (I've had great success with eczema, simply sponging the tea on and letting it dry.) it's anit-fungal, antibiotic, anti-viral, anti-parasitic. My hubby takes it in a mixture for diabetes and it helps lower blood sugar, along with turmeric, gymnema and some other herbs. I'm told that in India, flies don't gather near neem trees. I bought a horse from another state; she came loaded with ticks. I made a tea with neem and bathed sponged it on where they were hiding. They just fell off in my hands. CSAnybody know for SURE? (OLE and abx)
My dog unfortunately had to go on abx for his skin infection. (already been there with discussion, don't want to rehash, please :-) His holistic vet wants him to stay on the CS and add in OLE (olive leaf extract). I have read on one website that OLE could possibly reduce the effectiveness of antibiotics. Anyone present who knows for sure? Re: CSAnybody know for SURE? (OLE and abx)
I have not heard this. But if it was me I would choose the OLE and CS over an antibiotic any day. I would use CS and DMSO topically as well as orally. Also would change to hypoallergenic diet. Either raw or lamb and rice Pro Plan or Iams, although Iams has very high Mn which can cause snow nose, a reversible loss of pigment. Re: CSAnybody know for SURE? (OLE and abx)
Anbiotics are chemicals, therefor not alive and can not be killed. There are different classes so this generalization makes no sense. OLE's active component is known. Any interactions with antibiotics should be specific and published if known. Garnet On Mon, 2004-11-08 at 12:36, scl...@netzero.com wrote: My understanding is that OLE will kill the ABX. It kills tapeworms, seen them after taking massive doses for Fujian Flu and bad herpes outbreak last year. It also kills herpes, fungus, bacteria and likely many other nemtodes (worms). Garnet www.oliviaspassion.com has a good price on bulk olive leaf. call for prices. www.fludan.com is their sister site.
