Bat Archives

2005-02-15 Thread capocasa
Hello Bat list,

When I go to this address
http://www.mail-archive.com/tbudl@thebat.dutaint.com/
to search for a subject the search button doesn't work. Seems to
defeat the purpose. Am I missing something?

I knew there had to be a reason why I don't bother with the archives :)

Hmmm, if I type something in the Find box and hit Enter, it works fine.

That's strange. I've tried both browsers, Mozilla and IE and the Find
button in the archives is not linked.

It's not a button, just a form field. Fill the field and hit the Enter
key.

No need, it appeared that it should have been linked as a Submit
hyperlink as search fields typically have a Submit button or link.

gmane didn't work so well. But mail-archive worked.

Scheduler...

2005-02-15 Thread WilWilWil
Io,

Is there anymore development on the scheduler of TB ? I think it's a great idea
to propose such tool, but a graphic environment will be more powerful than
simple list of task in text. I dream in a graphic management like in Outlook or
Palm Desktop...

Someone knows if Ritlabs work on that ?

If note, can you propose a free tool like this ?

More efficient, is there a way to synchronize my PDA Palm Tungsten with TB 3 ?

Thanks.

Sometimes. Personally, I find Outlook's PIM capabilities far better
and easier to use than The Bat!'s when it comes to the calendar, the
task list, integration with other programs, mobile devices, and
network use.

However, with WinFS (in theory), personal information will become an
integral part of the OS. All personal information will be shared among
all PIM applications. Your Outlook address book will have all the same
people in it as your The Bat! address book does. But each application
will still be able to have its own data associated with the person
(templates, for example).
