[Bug 1157274] Re: Nova list_images using image_type parameter does not return expected images
Hi Luke, Should this bug have been reported against nova project instead of python-novaclient? I don't see the type/image_type filter being implemented by novaclient. On a side note, testing against nova grizzly I was able to filter snapshots by requesting /images/detail?type=snapshot. However, SERVER or BASE did not appear to work for me either. -Matt -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1157274 Title: Nova list_images using image_type parameter does not return expected images To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/python-novaclient/+bug/1157274/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1167421] Re: Upgrading from folsom to grizzly results in all tenants/users being disabled
Packages keystone_2013.1.1-0ubuntu1_all.deb and python- keystone_2013.1.1-0ubuntu1_all.deb worked for me when upgrading from folsom to grizzly. On a side note, this issue reported should have only been an issue when you have data like this in the "extra" column in the keystone.user table: {"password": null, "enabled": "true", "email": null, "tenantId": "2f216605a48148f89d4390fc63e64819"} If your data was like this, it would have migrated correctly: {"password": null, "enabled": true, "email": null, "tenantId": "2f216605a48148f89d4390fc63e64819"} This tripped me up as I tried doing some vanilla upgrades from folsom to grizzly using precise-proposed/folsom and precise-proposed/grizzly (which still has 1:2013.1-0ubuntu1.1~cloud0) and was unable to replicate the issue with some newly created dummy users/tenants. [Bug 807091] Re: "internal error character device (null) is not using a PTY" when using virsh console
Hi All, I was able to replicate this running --libvirt_type=qemu, and see similar "virsh dumpxml" output as reported in https://www.redhat.com/archives/libvir-list/2009-July/msg00460.html. If I move the tag above in libvirt.xml (despite libvirt.xml stating that the order should be "file" first), I can connect to console but cannot see console output using using "euca-get-console-output". Previously, I couldn't connect to console, but could see console output. Interestingly, but as an aside, when using --libvirt_type=uml, I by default can connect to the console but cannot see console output using "euca-get-console-output". Anyway, after reading the libvirt-list post pasted above, I'm inclined to think only one tag should be defined in libvirt.xml, but perhaps someone more familiar w/ libvirt can clarify? -Matt -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/807091 Title: "internal error character device (null) is not using a PTY" when using virsh console To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nova/+bug/807091/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 666853] Re: wireless (RT3090) doesn't work on msi u230 in Maverick
Hi Nicolas, I was having some odd problems w/ Maverick on my MSI Wind U230 where it'd refuse to connect to some wireless networks, refused to shut down/reboot, suspend, hibernate, etc. and ended up searching Launchpad for similar issues. Several users suggested blacklisting rt2800pci to address specific wireless issues, and I figured I'd try that for the heck of it. Surprisingly, I can now shut down, reboot, hibernate, and my wireless still works fine. I'll need to try connecting to the problematic network later and will report my findings once done. To blacklist, append the following to /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf: blacklist rt2800pci I hope this helps! -Matt -- wireless (RT3090) doesn't work on msi u230 in Maverick https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/666853 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
