Alt+tab works fine after removing the fglrx driver. The bug still remains when switching workspaces. This problem also seems to happen when I switch between programs using alt+tab. I've noticed it seems to be a problem of focus. I can easily replicate this by using the ctrl-alt-arrow keys to switch to a workspace with eclipse open. I cannot type in eclipse at that point.
