Shell renderBaseTag flag

OK, this may just be down to the fact that it's the end of a very long day 
but...

does the renderBaseTag parameter of the Shell component actually work?

I've tried setting it to false but it still keeps on rendering the html 
element at the top of the document. I really don't want it as I'm trying to 
produce XML for an RSS feed.

I'll update the docs to more clearly state that
renderBaseTag relates to the BASE tag found inside of HEAD

If you don't want HTML written, do not use the @Shell
