I'll update the docs to more clearly state that
renderBaseTag relates to the BASE tag found inside of HEAD
If you don't want HTML written, do not use the @Shell

I've tried setting it to false but it still keeps on rendering the html
element at the top of the document. I really don't want it as I'm trying to
produce XML for an RSS feed.
