Hi Marius

thanks a lot. I changed JWPlayer Macro with your code and it is working :)

Do you think is there a possibility insert some picture into player window
instead of black screen (before and after video is played)?

Thank you again

[xwiki-users] JWPlayer Macro

2012-11-27 Thread Frantisek Kall
Hi,

I need to insert videos into wiki pages. I tried to use JWPlayer Macro, but
it looks it only allows insert videos stored as attachment in wiki pages. I
need insert videos stored in LAN which are available as http link
(ex: http://server.domain.com/training/Video1.mp4).

Is there possibility to use JWPlayer Macro in this case?

Thanks

Frantisek

[xwiki-users] List of users property

2010-12-15 Thread Frantisek Kall

I use List of Users property in my Exampleclass. I would like to display
First name and Last name instead of Username in documents of type
Exampleclass (also in livetable).
Also when I'm editing (inline form) document of that type, list of users is
displayed and it is sorted by FirstName, is it possible to sort list by
LastName instead?

Thank you

Hi Caleb,
because I am testing force editing I found out issue in this area.
If wiki is set multilingual and you chose other language then english:
1. Name of user who lock page is missing
2. If somebody start editing (lock a page) then cancel editing, page remains
lock until user save page

Should I raise issue in JIRA?

[xwiki-users] Link to wiki page in LiveTable

Hi,

I created class Example with some string properties. When i write text

Is there possibility to display link to any wiki pages in LiveTable which is

but link to any wiki page written in some property). I studied
LiveTableMacro description but I didn't manage to do it.

Re: [xwiki-users] Livetable

2010-03-24 Thread Frantisek Kall

Hi Roman, hi Sergiu

thanks for your help.

As Roman wrote, our problem was with system documents.
First we upgraded from 2.1.M1 to 2.2.2 (we upgraded only core, not
documents from default xar) - livetable didn't work well, index page was
empty, also page with livetable for TestClass was empty.
Then we upgraded from 2.2.2 to 2.2.3 - same result.
Then I imported documents from default xar for version 2.2.3 (I imported all
documents but - XWiki.XWikiPreferences, XWiki.WebPreferences,
XWiki.XWikiAllGroup, XWiki.XWikiAdminGroup)

Problem with empty index page was solved. Index page work well, but with
livetable for TestClass I had same problem I have had before. There was
still row for template document in livetable.

Class name is TestClass, template is TestTemplate (it is default name
for template).
When you are creating class with name Test suffix Class is added, but not
for template.

Filter in LiveTableResultsMacros is ... doc.fullName'${className}Template
...

When I renamed TestTemplate to TestClassTemplate livetable started work
well, template document in livetable for TestClass is filtered.

I assume it is an issue, should I raise Jira issue for it?

Also if there is a column for TextArea type property in a livetable, table
is empty, but maybe it is a feature not issue.

Regards,

Frantisek

Re: [xwiki-users] Livetable

2010-03-18 Thread Frantisek Kall

Hello Jerome

We upgraded XWiki to version 2.2.2. I didn't change anything but now I have
opposite problem, no one document is in livetable.

I have TestClass in TestSpace, template is TestTemplate in TestSpace.

Class properties for TestClass
ID (ID: Number)
Servis Name (Name: String)
Servis Description (Description: TextArea)
Servis Manager (Manager: Static List)

Script for livetable:

{{velocity}}
#set($columns = [ID, Name, Description, Manager])
#set($columnsProperties = {
   ID : { type : number },
   Name : { type : text},
   Description : { type : text },
   Manager : { type : list}
})
#set($options = {
  className:TestSpace.TestClass,
  rowCount: 15
  })
#livetable(Catalog $columns $columnsProperties $options)
{{/velocity}}

I created two TestClass type documents in TestSpace (I can see them in
TestSpace.TestClass page), but page with livetable script has only header
row.
Same script in 2.1.M1 version created table with header + rows with
documents and Template document too.

Any idea what I do wrong?

Hi Benjamin,

I have the similar problem with logging off AD users. I haven't solution
yet, but I found workaround - I am not sure if it help you but you can try
it. Problem with logging of starts when user switch to advance editing mode
- in user home page. After switch to advance mode is created XWiki.TagClass
in user object. When you edit this object and remove XWiki.TagClass logging
off stopped.
Try this and let me know if it helped.

Hi Guillaume,

we made fresh installation (no multilingual, default language en), we tried

In all BBCode pages are shown names of variables instead of the values.
For example:

Bulletin Boards Administration

Welcome to your Bulletin Boards Administration Console.

. (in my local installation)

and

bb_administration

bb_welcomeadmin

there is some problem with $msg

Any idea what would help?

Absolutely, that's the cause of the issue. You need to create a sk
 translation of the en page.

To do this, simply go to
 .../xwiki/bin/edit/BBCode/Translations?language=skeditor=wiki , then
 check
whether the en translations show up in the page and if they do save it. If
the page is empty when you create it, copy/paste the content
 from .../xwiki/bin/edit/BBCode/Translations?language=eneditor=wiki to it
 before saving.

Re: [xwiki-users] Problem with Bulletin Board Application

2008-04-08 Thread Frantisek Kall

Hi,
I am not sure if this problem is dependend on language setings.
On my local installation it works well with multilingual and no multilingual
as well.
In server installation BB application doesn't work in one lingual and
multilingual setting.

In multilingual setting translation page is set:

You are editing the following translation: en.
The original language of the document is .
Other translations: sk

Thanks

whether the en translations show up in the page and if they do save it.
 If
the page is empty when you create it, copy/paste the content

 Hi Guillaume,

Perhaps this behavior is somehow platform specific. Look at this...

 http://tinyurl.com/5b89bk

This page is installed in a virtual mode wiki. Gl is the default
language. No translations, even no default language for
BBCode.Translations (perhaps this is the clue, I've not tried to set a
language there). And we have no problem: English is shown whatever
language is set or forced for a given page.

Frantisek, could you check if your BBCode.Translations has default
 language?

 Just my 2c.!

 Cheers,

 Ricardo

[xwiki-users] Which Java and JBoss version is required (tested with) for 1.3.X XWiki?

2008-04-07 Thread Frantisek Kall

Because of having problems with some XWiki functionality (tags, bulletin
board app., ...) I checked environment of our Xwiki installation.

We have:
XWiki 1.3.1
Java 1.5.0_11
Jboss 4.2.2 (for this version Java 1.5 is required)

I read that one of general goals for XWiki Enterprise 1.4 is switch to
Java 1.5, so I’m not sure if we run our Xwiki 1.3 in proper environment.

So, which Java and JBoss version is required (tested with) for 1.3.X XWiki?

Hi Guillaume,

I created sk page of translation page, but it didn't help. Also when I
switch to en language it doesn't helps. Problem must be in another place.

Re: [xwiki-users] Problem with Bulletin Board Application

2008-04-05 Thread Frantisek Kall

Hi Guillaume

I installed same application in local (is working) and server wiki (doesn't
work). I also checked language resource file BBCode.Translations - file is
present.
Our wiki is set as multi lingual with sk, en languages. Default lang is
sk. Is it possible that this is a problem?
