Re: Frustrated with Seeing Eye Sluggishness on iPhone 4
hi Tom. I had this same issue with my iPhone 4. The only way I could get it to run without lag was to restart my phone each time I wanted to use the Seeing Eye app. I have no other suggestions, sorry. On my iPhone 5, of course, this was not an issue. Scott On 7/17/13, Tom Lange wrote: > Hi, > Yeah, I sent a note off to Sendero even before I posted to the list. Re: Frustrated with Seeing Eye Sluggishness on iPhone 4
Hi, Yeah, I sent a note off to Sendero even before I posted to the list. I wanted to see if what Sendero suggests differs from what if anything is offered here. Thanks. I cleared out the app switcher and still no joy. Finally, I shut down and restarted the phone and the app seemed more responsive with VoiceOver afterwords. Lately the app is getting sluggish again and staying that way despite clearing out the app switcher and powering down and restarting the phone. I should tell you that I'm not using the phone with bluetooth on, and wi-fi is turned off, too. All data coming in is over 3g or is whatever the internal GPS receiver brings in. I really like the app and want to use it as often as I can, but short of upgrading to a newer, faster phone I'm at a loss here. Are there optimal settings which will ensure that I can move freely about the screen without the app or VoiceOver getting hopelessly bogged down? This is puzzling and frustrating me, so any and all suggestions are welcome and appreciated. Thanks in advance. Hi Tom, I have no suggestions other than that this is something you should definitely contact Senero about. You can write to iph...@senderogroup.com regarding the Seeing Eye app. Of course it will be interesting to see if any other iPhone 4 users on this list reply and confirm or not confirm your problem.
