Why would anyone expect that from Telstra. Heck, my BigPond internet
access stuff can't even be paid online! But better yet, when you
phone the payment number, as you finish the payment it plays an
advert for online payment that I can't even use and I have to listen
to before it tells me which number to press to pay another bill
(because of course the BigPond internet bill is seperate from the
FastPath connection bill, sigh).

TELSTRA BILLING ACCESS Now available to Mac

2002-03-06 Thread Bob Howells
Hello WAMUG,

Access is available to telstra Billing via Logon Name and Password

I make it work with Internet Explorer, (NOT Netscape)
Using OS8.6 on a 7300/200 and Explorer Mac 5.1

SO, IF you are a Telstra customer you can get access.
GO TO http://telstra.com and look on the front page for

WHY JOIN

follow your nose and fill in the various boxes.

That will get you a Telstra.com login which includes a Telstra Webmail address
but you need more to get to Billing.

For Billing and Call Preview you will also need a registration
certificate. You can try to get that onsite OR call 1800 266 000, be
ready with your account numbers etc.

Those with a previous DIGITAL CERTIFICATE would do best phoning 1800 266
000 as
the previous Digital Certificate needs to be cleared.

Oh, do have FUN

Bob

who has taken nearly 4 weeks to get his sorted out due to the digital
certificate
and telstra FXXX ups.

I'm not a Telstra customer any more, and have had access to online
billing information from my provider for a while now.
