  Uh, actually, not completely culprit. I was deceived by my IDE which still 
had to load the RevisionSearchResultTrait. Which //does// have an mTitle 
property; however, although it's documented as Title only, it can also be null.

  There is a context param queryTimeout set to 10 minutes in web.xml, which is 
applied for all Blazegraph servlets. Stas prepared a patch, extending it 10x 
times, https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/wikidata/query/rdf/+/520948/ you 
might apply it locally (or just edit web.xml file) to resolve your issue, as 
the change has not been applied to the WDQS master due to this timeout is 
system-wide and extending it might result in unexpected consumption of 
resources (this timeout will be also applied to queries, including very heave 
ones, thus allowing them running much longer before generating timeout).

  AFAICS, mTitle is not defined as property, and this happens as of

  IMHO, it's pretty sad that:
  
  - This wasn't spotted when updating the class;
  - Nothing triggered (PHPUnit) tests in WBLCS in the last month, and hence the 
error remained unnoticed;
  - Phan wouldn't have caught it anyway, because we use stubs.
  
  That's a failure across the board... I'm going to fix the code itself, and 
make phan more powerful. And, as a side note, it'd be great to automatically 
run tests in a repo when no changes were sent in say the last month.

  As a template editor, I want to ensure my infobox always displays a quantity 
using the same unit, no matter which (convertible) unit is used in Wikidata.

  Wikibase supports unit conversion, but currently only in the RDF export – 
it’s not available to client wikis.

  Hi @alaa_wmde! Thaks for bringing this forward. I have a small remark. In the 
screenshot, the whole width of the categories have a background color, 
including the so called interaction column. In the mock up above you can see 
that the right side has a white strip. This will be important when the edit 
button will become a sticky button. It kinda gives the termbox editability a 
frame. To better understand the structure of the page, I put in a mock here.

TASK DESCRIPTION
  Thanks to a bug report from an editor 

 we noticed that the text in the alias field is not wrapping when it's longer 
than the width of the field. This happens both in reading and editing mode. Not 
sure if it's a regression or if it was always that way.

  We looked at it and the current one at 
https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Wikidata is definitely not minimal. 
It should be really simple so people can easily see what is happening and not 
have a lot of unnecessary text and code (wikitext, template, Lua module).
  
  Also taking Wikidata is too self-referential and is probably not the best one 
to take.

  Since around afternoon (Europe time) October, 3rd, Wikibase's Travis CI 
builds have been erroring.

All build since then erroring on the same set of jobs. Interestingly, all jobs

TASK DESCRIPTION
  As an editor I want to be able to confirm an existing reference if my edit 
doesn't invalidate it in order to remove the warning.
  
  **Problem:**
  When fixing a typo in a value for example that does not invalidate the 
reference then I can only make the warning go away by reloading the page.

  AND I dismiss it by confirming the edit is fine

  The Wikibase number type uses bcmath, which is a PHP interface to the BC 
library, which is the library that implements the BC utility in *nix. The 
BCmath extension implements a Lua interface to the bcmath interface library in 
PHP. The bcmath C-library is pretty old, and is not IEEE 754 compliant, but the 
Wikibase numbers, ie the Wikibase quantity, ie a whole bunch of Wikidata 
statements use this format.
  
  No, it is //not// a proposal to replace bcmath with decnumber, it is a 
question whether BCmath is a sufficient implementation according to the current 
assumptions made in Wikibase number.
  
  I have already got a reply from people at WMDE, they use bcmath. The 
remaining question is whether the BCmath extension (aka Lua interface) is a 
sufficient implementation for processing Wikibase numbers according to their 
assumptions.

replace `ldecnumber` (if that is currently used by some Wikidata extension, not
