I have a small doubt in ms word. If we insert columns in a word
document, how can we type text in the right column leaving the left
column. I mean, I want to type in the right column reserving the left
column

I am using MS office 2003.

If I got you accurately, press Ctrl+Right arrow in the document and
JAWS will tell you i.e., Column one of three, keep pressing, it will
tell you column two of three and so on. After you landed in the
appropriate column, start edit, thank you.

use control+alt+right arrow to navigate from one column to another and
control+alt+down arrow to navigate from one row to another.

You can also use tab and shift + tab to move to the next and to the previous
column respectively.

Thank you very much for the concern. But, I'm afraid, ctrl right arrow
and ctrl left arrow are not working. Or at least, I'm not hearing
column 2 of 3 and so on.
Or is it that I'm doing any other mistake.
Sorry as I couldn't explain it correctly to some of my friends. I'm
not talking about
