Using Ad Performance Report, it seems *Headline* returns *Ad Name* instead
of actual Headline for Display Ads. Also *Headline* and *PromotionLine*
both has *Display Name* 'Ad' in this report. Also is it possible to get *Button
*text for Display Ads using this report.
