Re: questions of scope for disaster recovery
I think BRSKI needs to clarify how disaster recovery works. Perhaps a section
on this or perhaps embedded in the text.
Once the network is up I don’t see how disaster’s effects Anima operations. Its
just a network and runs as such.

IMHO, gear replacement after large outages is quite relevant:

el-cheapo power supply/circuitry as well as wired interface
circuitry/protection. Certifications in Telco/IoT make that
