I believe in 7.6.4 there is a whitepaper on the Notification Engine that
describes adding another field. As Misi noted the critical step is updating
the filters that process the field tags in a template and substitute the
field values from the 'SYS:Notification Messages' form.
So the broad steps
Just found it in the display properties of the table field column. It's called
initial state: Shown / Removed.

Hello Listers,
I have a Form with 20 fields. I expose 10 of them using a Table Field.
Is it possible to pick 4 colums of those 10 and say show them by default
and leave it up to the user whether he want to make them visible or not? If
yes, how?

BMC recommends 10G as I was told that yesterday. And 9.1 also has a large hot
