We've just cut the 21 branches for both the asterisk and testsuite repos.
All new pull requests should now be cherry-picked to that branch as well as
the existing 18 and 20 branches and *don't forget to update any open pull
requests to include 21!*

today. This makes the 16, 18, 19, 20 and master branches valid for

That's pretty weird. The ASSERT in frame 4 makes sure that the time
difference between the frame's timestamp and the current time is positive
