Re: Audio Described Content Skype 8 is the Electron version. Electron is basically a web app running in a Chrome browser.Skype for Windows 10 is the UWP (Universal Windows Platform) version that isn't as accessible as Skype 8. You can go into background app settings and turn that one off.
