hi, have you tryed using sea cleaner it will remove all temp files ie histery, and any other temp files that are left over from a closed app. also defrag your hard disk, this may help. delete any unneeded files to save space, windows does not like very little space. you can also try changing

Exactly what do you mean by embedding files in the first place? If you mean inserting a file or files as attachments, certainly! You need to use the Insert menu. If you mean to have the contents of a file appear inline with the remainder message, I suppose it depends on the type of file
