Yesterday I did "chicken-setup opengl" with my CMake Cygwin
installation, and it worked. But unfortunately, it created a directory
in my HOME, ~/opengl.egg.dir . All the Cygwin stuff got built there.
So now when I use my MinGW CMake build, it is copying the Cygwin dlls.

If I could not find any solution to this, my final resort would be
editting the binary dump file to change procedure IDs.
