I use clamd (clamdscan) v.0.60 for scan email in/out on my qmail server . I use RPM from http://people.best-off.org/~dsr/cubelog/ . My clamd service is stop automatic every week. I found /var/run/clamav/clamd.pid but service not running. And i can't send/recieve all email if clamd stop.
