We have 3 hummers right now. All sharing the single feeder. Think I'll be
swapping out cold sugar water for warm all night. Maybe they will roost
under the overhang of the front porch. Could be warmer.

A cold morning and high winds meant that we opened nets late and closed
early. This resulted in low bird numbers for the day - just 5 birds of 4
species. This included two Wilson's Warblers, which we haven't seen here
since the 27th of September. Unfortunately tomorrow seems like it will be
Just 1 hummer here. Just made more sugar water.

Hi all,
I had 3 Black Bellied Plovers at Pelican Point at Bear Creek Lake Park this
afternoon. The birds were occasionally being flushed by a Coopers Hawk but
always returned. They were south of pelican point in the cove area.

We have three today. Temp was 22 at 6:30 a.m. They're coming every 20-30
minutes and not chasing one another. Two feeders close to house are still
hanging, but the birds are hitting only one, which is a mix of 1:2.5. We
have defrosted the feeders when necessary.
