But now I know! I simply moved the partion (1) to nr. 17, and now everything
works! Couldn't someone have told me that? :-)

Using the new install kernel and all.gz image from Stew's web site, I
receive an error reporting that the /lib/modules.cz-2.4.18-4mdkBOOT
cannot be found. The file is missing in the /lib folder on the image. My
workaround was to copy the older 2.4 kernel module file
(modules.cz-2.4.13-12mdkBO

I'm trying install Mandrake 8.2b1 in a brand new PowerBook G4 - with dvd/cd-rw combo.
I used text mode install and I didn't choose gnome or mySQL, so I was able to use CD#2
without any problem. After reboot twice - the first one frooze while checking for new
