Hi all, just stomped on this bug, same kind of config (AVM passive BRI card), same problem, asterisk crashes without warning when I touch a CAPI channel. Downloaded and installed asterisk-chan-capi_0.7.1-2~etch.3039_i386.deb from pkg-voip.buildserver.net and all is well now. Hope this helps
