Apart that i've tried to compile 2.4.0 (won't compile) and 2.4.1 (won't
boot) in my ss10, i've some strange message from 2.2.18.
After some days of uptime (4-5) if i do "ps" i got:

I have one that I got to work on a SparcStation 5. It has four
interfaces and I haven't got any problems configuring them. I'm
running the the 2.4.0 kernel though.

freetype2.deb and freetype2-dev.deb is FreeType 1 packages.

and used freetype_2.0.1.orig.tar.gz and had from potato:

I tried that on my Ultra1, but it failed on Freetype.h. There were
several parse errors it didn't like.
If anyone gets to compile X successfully, please tell me which version
of X and freetype? Or is it the compiler that's
