Esse erro está acontecendo porque o BIND sendo ativado para resolver
nomes para o protocolo IPV6. Para resolver isso basta editar o
arquivo /etc/default/bind9 e deixar a linha OPTIONS=-u bind assim
OPTIONS=-4 -u bind. Reinicie o bind e estará resolvido.
