Hi,
Since libpng16 is still in experimental, maybe it should be better just
comment out the ppsspp-sdl in control and rules, and build just Qt,
which uses this version of libpng only in the build time for the atlas
and zimtool (and they build the atlas fonts). I think it's better than
waiting
libfreetype6 compiled fine against libpng16, I just had to change
control and rules.

There are several lintian errors and warnings that you should get rid
of. Most notably, lintian complains about an embedded libpng:
E: ppsspp-sdl: embedded-library usr/games/ppsspp-sdl: libpng
It needs libpng >= 1.6, and it's only in the Experimental :/
