Reproduce:
1. Open calculator
2. Click Calculator -> preferences
3. Select the "Show thousands separators"
4. Click Close
5. Calculator properly shows thousands separators.

I have had trouble with opening a number of attachments including PDF's
, Word files, Excel files etc. Normally open office has no trouble with
these. I tried forwarding the emails with attachments to Gmail and
Google Docs can't open them either
I still have problems with the mouse, but not anything like the one in
this bug report.
The only problem I have now is that while trying to select a sentence by
depressing the left mouse button and dragging, the selection is dropped
before I get to the intended stopping place.

I went into Ubuntu, asked it to update, which it did. But, when it
restarted after updating, the book option for opening windows
disappeared, leaving only the safe mode. Starting in that safe mode does
not work, and apparently the NTFS file cann

Hi, I've just installed version 2:3.5.4~dfsg-1ubuntu8.1and it seem to be
okay. I did a quick test with a 1.2Mb file from my machine to the
network server, and it went back and forth fine. I did this both before
and after a reboot, just to make sure the new library was being used.

I don't have flashplugin-mozilla, but removing adobe-flashplugin helped.
However, for many people this is not a good solution, because they need flash.
But for me its ok, I can use chrome when I need flash.

The Evolution team suggest to use "evolution --express" on netbooks.
However the express mode is not as usable as the full version, and we
can not take for granted that novice users know about it. Evolution have

The problem is not Iphone/Ipod specific. The problem is with a bunch of
different media hardware, no one has yet made the connection with all
this different media. Some people have problems with inserted DVD's,

Come on, this is a *huge* usability issue affecting almost all French
users and which can be fixed by changing a single default option. I
can't see how anything could be more suitable for a "paper cut"!

This may now be a regression in Lucid. This was not a problem with
gThumb in Karmic (for me) but happens on all 3 machines I have running
Lucid B1. The mounts are nautilus/gvfs. As the OP stated, it picks up
