works.
It gets "triggered" only via the luminosity sensor, not the fn keys.
I don't recommend removing that blacklist, as its known to brick the
laptop in UEFI mode (atleast in old BIOS versions).

When the preview pane is open the menu bar integration is lost until

label is unset.
