This is now sorted? The last two x86 kernal updates has the 3D graphics
working again as well as displaying the proper output resolution.
(1920x1080 at 16:9).

Those logs show that 1920x1080 is the initial mode set on both the VGA1
and HDMI1 outputs which is what is reported by the EDID. So can you
elaborate on what exactly the problem is?
