Appveyor builds are not working. The build scripts use chocolatey to
install some tools like winflexbison for MSVC builds, and that chocolatey
package is currently broken. The maintainer has been notified. I haven't
found a good workaround yet.

Best I can tell there seems to be some sort of timing or logic error.
Builds will randomly fail after writing a fasl, apparently renaming it, then

original PR...
As you can see the build status isn't getting to green (like ever)... so I
have some work to do to fix this up.
