a hosted solution, unless you need to have it under a domain you control
or just want the experience of installing and maintaining the software.
For example, Wikispaces, which has a WYSIWYG editor, and is what we use

diagnosing network problems and spotting optimization opportunities, but
they typically show you only a few metrics at a time, and require the
use if multiple tools to get a fuller picture.
