i am running mdk 7.1 with ns 7.3
when trying to enter a flash site, i can see the animation
but the sound is fucked up...sometimes netscape just crashes on me.
i installed the flash plugin from the 7.1 cd ... nothing
i looked up for another plugin at freshmeat and at mandrake's
serial for star office ?!?!?!
which version are you using ?
i got 5.1 and no registration was required anytime during installation or use
of So.
maybe you got some kind of a beta or something ?

the difference is simple :
pop3 is the server that you use to get your mail (port 110)
smtp is the one that you are sending mail with(port 25)
in order to have a full factional mail server , you need to install both... :-)
