Just tried to install the new version of 1.3.1 ( rpm packages )...
But the test result is :

I assume you mean "can't".
Just copy the rpm to a disk of some kind (floppy, cdr, flash drive, whatever)
and carry it over to the machine.
rpm -i nameofrpm
