I am trying to upgrade the fop to 0.95 from 0.20.5 to use some of the newly
supported features. I am running into a few problems. I appreciate your
help.
1. The old version displays pdf files nicely. But the lines with the new
version are not displayed evenly. One part of a line in a table can be
Ignore that. I should have looked at the PDF myself and like Andreas, I
don't see that effect in Acrobat Reader on WinXP. Maybe a
Adobe/Linux-related problem. Definitely not Bug 45809. Sorry for the
noise.

I think you describe exactly what you need to do. If I concatenate multi
FO files together into one I also have to process all IDs and make them
unique over the whole concatenated FO file. The same applies to the area
tree XML files. ExampleConcat just show you the basics. Advanced cases
like yours

Looks like a bug in the JAXP/XSLT (javax.xml.transform) implementation
you're using. The namespace declarations are not properly generated.
Please use a recent Xalan-J or SAXON. See here for instructions:
