All: Occasionally a chapter file ends on a right page (odd-numbered). Because the pagination is set to even number of pages, the default Left master is applied to the final left page (even-numbered) of the chapter. We would like to apply a special master page devoid of running heads and feet,

Carol, Do you want to make separate PDF files for each document in the book? I would assume that for the references to work, all the PDFs would have to be in the same directory. Otherwise, links would break. If you don't need separate PDF files, deselect "Save Book as... Separate File for eac

One trick is to set up your 'default' left and right pages to be 'intentionally blank' and then they always apply with no headers or footers. Of course, that means you need to set up a "pages with h/f" set of masters. You'll also need to carefully play with the reference pages to apply them, but

One caveat concerning the procedure below. If you happen to have a multi-page table the default LH master will get applied. It appears the Apply Master Page function does not recognize paragraph tags present in tables. Anyone find out differently? It would solve a problem I've been having. Berny G
