I have a large movie list and have some problems
1. I have a fxd with the same name as the AVI but still I get two entries in
the movie list
2. when I scroll using the cursor keys the scrolling is very slow. I takes
about 1 second to move to the next item in the movie list.

Meanwhile i made a drastic reset (rm -rf of all files and checking out again).
I noticed that libimlib2-dev was not installed. Now freevo compiles and runs

the 1.7.3 version of the webserver only provides support for the use of fxd
by showing the content of the fxd (like year, description, etc).
However when a fxd contains entries, the data is not used AND the movie
does not play since the fxd does not match the parts to be played.
