iterate quickly there and move it to the wiki when it becomes a bit more

If you are taking about the Maven wrapper. I did that for you guys. A PR I
submitted a year or two ago does exactly this. It checks if the jar is there,
if not it tries to download via wget and similar, if that falls it comes that
little Java program (the one that started this whole discussion)
