I was trying to setup the code so that it can validate WCS 2.0 documents,
but
right now it seems mission impossible due to OGC's handywork with Xlink
and deep GML 3.2.1 changes...
Basically, the validation of a WCS 2.0 caps document fails because WCS
refers GML 3.2.1 via the gmlcov schemas,
