You've encountered a bug in our allowed project names. The - at the end of
your project name makes it an invalid host name on the googlecode.com domain
used for checking out source code. I would recommend choosing a project name
that does not end with a hyphen.

your quota to that maximum but unfortunately you will need to find an

We expose the labels for each download inside of the feed. You can
examine the labels for Featured to determine whether or not to display
them on your site.
