We have a beta release available for both the Source and HL1 engine.
This beta fixes the steam id swapping problem amongst other small fixes.
You can apply the beta by running the hldsupdatetool and adding "-beta
swapbeta" to the command line.
A couple of users in an initial test reported a server
Any good way to make then restart?

I have a few servers that are using mani admin mod and do seem to have

We are only seeing a slightly larger memory usage, not an ever increasing
memory usage
Then again, we do restart our HLDS/SRCDS every day

Sounds good, I'm going to setup a WinSvr2k3 dual cpu box and see if I can
make it happen. (though no bots, I'll use live players instead)
Just to clarify my config will be.
2xIntel Xeon 7041s w/ HT disabled
4GB of ram
66tick
600fps
1ms resolution timer
24slots

Or might run hl2dm pro 16slot
Well after doing an rcon quit, my server (loaded with 6 bots instead of
4) is now sitting at 75/75 memory since my first email on the subject.
I'll be keeping a watchfull eye over it for the next couple of days,
hopefully this was just a fluke.

Because the maps and game logic is only designed to work for smaller
player numbers. The combinatorial nature of player interactions
(especially in the physics system) means CPU and memory requirements
grow exponentially as player numbers increase.

If everyone with the leak is using mani admin mod, but some people using
mani mod are NOT getting the leak, it could just be settings that some use
and some don't. From a developer point of view, I'd say knowing what
everyone who "has" the leak has in common is the most important issue.

Well I am running mani mod, and I haven't seen this increased memory usage.
Even when running militia or anything. The server is on win 2k3 with a pos
2.4 ghz celeron and 512 mb memory.

I don't seem to have the problem on my scrim server which doesn't run
Mani, but I definitely see it on my two pubs which do use Mani.

Sorry, I AM using the MM version of Manimod, as well as statsme and
goremod (all of which needs updating, including metamod). Though before
the update memory usage peaked at about 150 or so with the same setup
(same versions of all 4 programs).
