Hi Ole,
Try +port 27015 instead of -port 27015 (difference being the plus prefix
instead of the minus prefix). The minus doesn't set the port variable
correctly. Pls let me know if that helps or n

Just a first look at this but I did notice "sv_allow_upload" .. this isn't a
default cvar, but sv_allowupload is (without the second underscore). May want
to replace that in your server.cfg and try loading it up again. Let me know

Heh no worries... the cvar works though :) rcon status shows the real max, but
the # of maximum slots viewable in browser shows as you set it using that cvar
